TERMS OF SERVICE

1. WHO WE ARE

This store is operated by NORTHBOUND SYSTEMS LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, trading as Nora Lanelle ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

3. PRODUCTS, COLOUR AND SIZING

We make every effort to display product colours accurately. Colours as displayed depend on your screen and may differ slightly from the physical item. Minor variation in colour, measurement and finish is inherent to garment manufacturing and does not constitute a defect.

Sizing follows the measurements shown on each product page. We recommend measuring against a garment you already own. Fit dissatisfaction is treated as a change-of-mind return under our Return and Refund Policy.

4. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and exclude any import duties or taxes levied at the destination.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, to limit order quantities, and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. This includes orders that appear to be placed by resellers or automated systems, orders flagged as high fraud risk, and orders exploiting a pricing or promotional error. Where we cancel an order, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Products may be discontinued or go out of stock without notice.

5. PROMOTIONAL CODES

Discount codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, hold no cash value, and cannot be applied retroactively to a completed order. We may withdraw or invalidate a code at any time, including where it has been shared publicly or used in a way we consider abusive.

6. ABUSE OF RETURNS

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders and decline future returns from customers who demonstrate a pattern of excessive returns, returns of worn items, unfounded loss or damage claims, or chargebacks filed without first contacting us.

7. CHARGEBACKS

If you have a problem with an order, contact us first. We resolve the overwhelming majority of issues within a few business days. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being blocked from future purchases. We contest chargebacks filed in respect of orders delivered in accordance with this policy, using tracking records and delivery confirmation as evidence.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit or loss arising from delayed delivery.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this store, including the Nora Lanelle name, logo, product photography and written copy, is our property or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This does not deprive consumers of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.

11. CHANGES

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
